Terms and Conditions for DocuDash Mobile Notary

Welcome to DocuDash Mobile Notary. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By booking and using any services provided by DocuDash Mobile Notary, you accept and agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Services Provided

DocuDash Mobile Notary offers mobile notary services to clients in the areas we operate. Our services include notarization of legal documents, administering oaths, and witnessing the signing of important documents. All services will be provided by a licensed and certified notary public.

2. Mobile Service

DocuDash Mobile Notary provides a mobile service, meaning our notary travels to your location. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they are available at the agreed-upon time and location. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, clients must notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring the documents presented for notarization are complete and valid. The notary cannot provide legal advice or assist with filling out documents. The client must present a valid, government-issued ID at the time of service. The notary may refuse service if proper identification is not provided.

4. Fees and Payment

Service fees are based on travel distance, the number of documents, and the time required for the appointment. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. DocuDash Mobile Notary accepts cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments. All fees will be disclosed before service is provided.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment are subject to a cancellation fee. If the notary is unable to perform the notarization due to client failure (e.g., missing ID, incomplete documents), the full fee may still apply. Refunds will only be provided if the cancellation is made more than 24 hours in advance or if the notary fails to appear for the appointment.

6. Limitations of Liability

DocuDash Mobile Notary is not responsible for verifying the accuracy or legality of documents beyond notarization. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes that arise from the notarization process. Clients are encouraged to seek legal advice if necessary, as the notary does not provide legal counsel.

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information provided during the notarization process, such as IDs or signatures, will be handled with confidentiality and in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Texas, and any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Texas.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

DocuDash Mobile Notary reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
